These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CreditMagna platform, including the website, applications, and AI-generated document services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
CreditMagna is a self-service automation platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze consumer-uploaded credit reports and generate template dispute letters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.), and related federal consumer-protection statutes. The output of the Service is informational and template-based.
2. Not a Law Firm. No Attorney–Client Relationship.
CreditMagna is not a law firm, credit repair organization (as defined by 15 U.S.C. § 1679a), debt collector, credit-reporting agency, or licensed financial advisor. Nothing on this Service constitutes legal advice. Use of the Service does not create an attorney–client relationship. If you require legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of the United States, and have the legal authority to dispute items on your own consumer credit file. You may not use the Service on behalf of a third party.
4. One-Time Purchase
The Service is provided as a single, one-time purchase of $97 USD that unlocks the document-generation features described on the pricing page. The fee is non-recurring. CreditMagna does not auto-renew, store payment credentials, or initiate any subsequent charge without your express authorization.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit forged, altered, or third-party credit reports without authorization.
- Use the Service to dispute information you know to be accurate and verifiable.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its AI-generated output.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including consumer fraud or identity misuse.
6. Accuracy & User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of any dispute letter you mail to a credit bureau, furnisher, or the CFPB. Letters generated by CreditMagna are templates produced from the information you provide and the documents you upload. You must review every letter for accuracy before mailing.
7. No Guaranteed Outcome
CreditMagna does not guarantee that any specific item will be removed, modified, or re-investigated by a credit bureau or furnisher. Outcomes depend on the validity of the dispute, the responsiveness of the bureau/furnisher, and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, branding, templates, and underlying technology, is owned by CreditMagna and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and its output solely for your personal credit-repair purposes.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDITMAGNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CREDITMAGNA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
