CreditMagna stands behind the quality of its Service. This Refund Policy describes when and how you may request a refund of your $97 one-time purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. 7-Day Conditional Refund
You may request a full refund of your $97 purchase within seven (7) daysof the original transaction if all of the following are true:
- You have not downloaded any generated dispute letter, CFPB packet, or identity-theft document.
- You have not mailed or otherwise transmitted any document produced by the Service.
- The request is submitted in writing to billing@creditmagna.live from the email address associated with your account.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Because the Service produces digital, on-demand AI-generated documents, refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Any dispute letter, CFPB packet, or identity-theft document has been downloaded from your account.
- More than seven (7) days have elapsed since the original transaction.
- You are dissatisfied with the outcome of disputes that have been mailed to a credit bureau or furnisher (outcomes are outside our control and are not guaranteed).
- You uploaded an inaccurate, altered, or third-party credit report.
- You violated the Terms of Service, including any prohibition on disputing accurate information.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to billing@creditmagna.live with:
- The subject line "Refund Request".
- The email address on your CreditMagna account.
- The approximate date of purchase.
- A brief reason for the request (optional but helps us improve).
We review every refund request within three (3) business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your card issuer.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing concerns quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and result in suspension of your account pending review.
5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or someone else used your card to purchase the Service, contact billing@creditmagna.liveimmediately. Verified unauthorized charges are refunded in full regardless of the 7-day window.
